Atriofascicular pathways are a rare cause of antidromic atrioventricular reciprocating tachycardia. The IntellaTip MiFi ablation catheter (Boston Scientific, MA, USA) is a novel ablation catheter that allows enhanced signal clarity with highly localized electrograms.
